If you want to see this village it takes about forty to fifty-kilometer off-road drive to get there, This is very normal and usual in Sar Agha Seyed And there is no surprise to know that even local garbage trucks don’t make the trip out here.

Life in this beautiful, green mountainous village is very rural, traditional and simple. Amazingly all of the homes’ doors open to the same scenery and view. It is Surrounded by wonderful, strong and undisturbed natural place. This stepped village, in its beautiful peaceful, gives its residents and tourists and visitors a really true taste of happiness and pleasant.T his village only has electricity among all technology. According to its special environment, there are no schools, no hospital, no tap water, and definitely not very good cellphone and mobile reception.

Having the most minimal adjustment, this lovely village has a very calm and quiet lifestyle. The local people’s jobs are agriculture, raising sheep and cattle, and mining salt. The women, additional to doing the mentioned jobs, spend their time gathering wood for cooking and warming up their houses . They also Weav rugs and tapestries and make different and beautiful handicrafts. People in this village dress in local , traditional Bakhtiari clothing and speak Bakhtiari.
There are currently no public accommodations like hotels inn and inn to stay in this village; however hospitabale, kind locals accept visitors and guests to their community and houses with open arms. Some tourists choose to camp out in their tents in the unique landscape and some other choose to stay at a local family’s home, as a result, they will have a very new and intereo experience..

According to its weather the best times to visit are the warmer seasons, when the winter comes ; sadly the only road to the village is completely blocked surrounded and covered with heavy snow.2

Sar Agha Seyed village has gotten its name in honor of the great man “Agha Seyed Isa” who was burred in the village.
